Fifty years ago, Harold Edgerton took a photo of a bullet passing through an apple using super high speed photography.

Since then, femto photography has been developed that allows for cameras to record at 1 billion frames per second allowing packets photons to be seen travelling. This opens up some new and exciting possibilities.
